Hold or Sell?
We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.

Where was your leave? In isolation in the Amazon?
Obviously kidding but how did you manage to be surprised by this?
Was gonna say, was this mat leave 3 years long?
Jump on the bandwagon or be left behind. AI is not just a better search engine, it can build things for you, extract insights and patterns, save time and make you look smarter than you actually are.
Just got back from mat leave and people are raving about this new hire named Claude
I say use it. You'll soon find it can be brilliant or stupid and careless or utterly full of crap (a risk when using it in consulting work), and it can careen from one extreme to the other at the drop of a hat. As you begin to understand how it works, you begin to understand why that happens, not to be surprised and angered by it, and even to understand when and why it happens and to guard against it. You are the director and the AI agents are your team. They multiply your effectiveness but only if you properly design their jobs, organize them and manage them.
It’s not hype. First hand

Perhaps a huge push from your management while you were out. Similar wave here at EY/EYP. Obviously AI has been around a while, but the related internal initiatives have snowballed.
I like how the lesson that we’re taking from AI advancement is how to create better slides, rather than trying to come up with presentations that resonate. Slideware is done, it’s an invitation for customers to zone out at this point.
The bad news is that you were so out of touch that you missed a lot of what has been happening. But the good news is that this means you probably had a great maternity leave where you were able to fully devote yourself to your kid.
