In an auto accident trial, can you inform the jury in any way that the at-fault driver had insurance? For Plaintiff's attorneys, how big is your caseload? What kind of cases are the majority of them and are they in suit? I’m currently discontent with my income.
(3rd year. Salary=80k and no performance incentive. I brought in $1.4mm AFTER partners claimed over half of fees on my big cases.)
I see CJL offers an incentive+ base but I’m curious about that structure.
Any good or bad firm culture to speak of?
Is it impossible to actually earn a respectable incentive bonus?
Am I going to have some partner come cut me out of any cases where I might actually make a solid fee?
