Just financed my first BRRR

I now have 150k in cash, a 200k asset which will appreciate, and the income from rent more than covers mortgage + estimated repairs.

Going to turn around and take the cash and repeat

Is it worth making the time/money investment to make the switch from big 4 FDD to MBB. This would require getting into and paying for a top MBA program and my net worth would be way negative after that. Are the MBB financial returns worth it? Im 26 years old for reference

Refinanced my house last month and just got a $5k check for the property tax escrow balance from my old loan. My plan was to use that to put down on the new loan (new lender funded the property tax) but I’m wondering if I should just invest it? My rate interest rate is below 3%. Anything I am missing here? Great question! And without getting too much into monetary policy.... Fed rates are set by the Federal Reserve which banks use to charge each other to borrow money. A lot of times these rates move together, however, a Fed rate increase does not instantaneously change the rates the bank offers.

Anyone punched out of state 4-10 unit apt building? How did you find the listing?

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!

In process of buying a house, both my surveyor and specialist damp contractor found damp under kitchen tiles (In the grout) & in skirting boards and up one wall. Sellers had work done initially in 2014 on the wall only(with garuntee) & their company has visited and assured there is no damp… what is next best course of action, get another damp specialist to examine independently of other reports? I don’t trust them….. (U.K. Victorian terrace, damp is in the kitchen extension built circa. 15 y/o)

It’s a myth that renting is “throwing money away.” Maintenance of a property is expensive! I’m selling my place and I’ve never felt more free. I can use that money (~$5000/month) to invest even more.
