With bonus range of 80-100%?
Lol no apparently the promotion bonus was eliminated for M to SM promo as well
I think Accenture band for Senior Manager starts about $155 and goes up to about $200 before promotion to next level. External hires may come in higher up to about $210. Depending on your location/cost of living this is probably OK, but on the low end of the band. Given the current market, not necessarily surprising, but if market improves next year, I’d expect your base to jump up a lot more.
Were u backpaid to july 1st or is this for august promotions?
Nope, this takes effect 10/1
What’s the average?
Your SM salary is 155? That’s my manager salary now, I just got promoted to SM too and would never continue at SM at this salary
What you making now @m1?

That’s my salary as a manager.

I made more than that as an M2 in Chicago, but I think technology consulting pays a lot better than PAS.
Wow, you’re getting fleeced.
Chief
That’s high for assurance anything else low, at 185 as a mgr
We have SCs that make considerably more than that
Pro
I came in at $155k as a SC a few years back. New SCs are at 165k.
I know different groups have different salary bands and cost of living is a factor in that. MBA vs non-MBA is another factor. The longer you’ve been with the company the more you might see/hear about some of these different factors when it comes to base. Just a few things to keep in mind.
Is SM at EY the position before Partner or is there another role (e.g. Director) in between?

That’s my salary at manager in a mid-low col salary though I’m in technology
That's really low. Negotiate
Seems low. I'd expect at least $160k. I was an M at Deloitte making $190k base.
