Just got a "no" from Google after going on months long interviews. Feeling so crushed. My interviews went well and only positive reviews. My recruiter said she’d pass along my work to other teams but I cant help but feel so down today after weeks of silence, going through multiple interviews, and having to start all over again. How do you overcome and get your energy back? Also my recruiter offered a call next week to, how would you make the most of this call?

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. What does this mean? This is for a marketing specialist role. I’m asking for $70K bottom line

I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. Would it be entitled of me to ask to come into the office 3x/week since by the time that we return to the office, I’ve already proven that I can work efficiently from home? I feel like it’s a much more sustainable option.
