Is it worth doing this and try to transfer to the states at some point or should I reject outright? (Have a T2 return offer and a Bain interview for the US)

Hi everyone, I got an offer from Capgemini and the joining location is Pune but my preferred location is Noida. So a company I interviewed with took me to the final round but rejected me for an architect role. Then, two months later the hiring manager hits me up for a manager role he thought I would be a good fit before the job was posted. We had a call and he said he thought I would be a long shot replying back to him. Also, he said everyone liked me and no need to interview. He said he has to post it and let HR do their thing before he can make a final decision. Why post a job if you want me for it?
