Culture and WLB generally better than that DDV. The position is human capital related so your exit opportunities will be in that area mostly
PMO is always a component as part of a large transaction with multiple Workstreams. But that is core consulting skills and we’d expect you to also perform analysis (eg HR policy reviews, TSA development, entanglement identification) as well as change, comms, culture work. For comms, we get embedded and help develop and execute on the plan. Just a couple examples
Interviewed with this group as well and really liked them. Impression from my interview was they are a pretty collaborative group with genuine leaders invested in your growth and development.
This is great to hear!
Thanks for the insights! Is there significant overlap with DDV? Asking since DDV has some pretty horrid review on here.. I echoe that the OWT/DDV partners seemed really cool and I’m hopeful that the work is more interesting and better WLB since your stakeholder is primarily HR
Got it, makes sense! I’m curious, DDV (separate from OWT) seems to be much more stressful. Would you say it is because that group has greater responsibility to coordinate multiple work streams as opposed to being functionally focused?
OWT deals here. Happy to answer questions.
Awesome thank you! A couple unanswered questions earlier in the thread if you have insight would be great if you chimed in!
