Just had interview with S& for manager role within the Healthcare payer practice. Interviewer was very intense and kept on saying- this isn't working, this didn't work with the client when going through the case. What else. It was non stop barrage of questions on what other ideas to explore.

Is this normal? I feel like I failed the interview

Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.

Hi Fishes, I've an offer letter for Accenture Strategy (M&A) for Senior Manager, India and my joining is in 3 days. Package is very good, but no immediate relocation opportunities. May happen in future.
