I did not start studying for the CPA exam until my 2nd year in GT and passed all parts more than a year after that. Just aim to pass all four parts before you get promoted to Senior as taking on more job responsibilities means fewer hours for studying. If you still feel down, think that some people took multiple times to pass each part but they never gave up on their dream of becoming a CPA. Good luck!
No - there's lots of ppl who don't have it well into senior associate level. Just no the longer you wait the harder it is to find time to study

If you lost out on a big 1st year passing bonus you should feel bad. Don't worry about the past just get it done now.
^We have 18 months at my firm. If be more motivated if I had a nice bonus on the line lol
