Just wondering, is 130k for sc2 at EY FSO decent? I feel so low balled but Im an international student from Indonesia too who has an MBA. When can I expect promotion to sc3 (and M) and what is the expected salary increase annually for both promotion and non promotion years?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC.
