What TC should I expect for a Technical Program Manager III role in Amazon Robotics ?
Not sure on level

I am a newly promoted supervisor who has been with my company for 3 years. The promotion came with a salary increase & I was happy about that.

However, since in my new role I have come to discover that people I am now overseeing have a higher pay rate than I do. Some have been with the company longer than I have, some have not.

Maybe it was my bad for not asking for not negotiating my pay raise, but I am wondering what you would do in this situation?

How do I turn down an offer while giving some room for negotiation? I would only accept the offer if they offered concessions far beyond what I think they would do. Do I just send an email saying that I’m turning down the offer and tell them why so that if they really want me, they can address the concerns and offer me a better deal? This is my first time negotiating an offer (college offer did not allow any negotiation, despite my best efforts) so appreciate any advice.
