My experience is 1.2 years and I am being offered to move to Oslo,Norway to work from the onsite location.
Is it a good choice to move to Norway? What benefits does a person get when they move to an onsite location ?
Please suggest whether it is a good option to choose an onsite project or stay in India, and switch after some time?

Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Any advise how to plan the switch. At present have 60K invested in stocks. Thanks
