The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

Hi guys, I am working as an Investment Analyst for a boutique asset management firm in Toronto, Canada (4bn AUM) making 70k annually. I am 5 months into this role. Credentials: 6 months of prior experience in this industry at a small startup + 2 years of work exp in retail banking, CFA L2 candidate, part time masters of finance student, bachelors from outside of Canada. Other than citizenship, are there any other benefits of having a baby in the US vs in India? My wife and I may not be settling in the US, depending on what we decide over time. I have heard that project managers are much in demand. Almost every industry is hiring them. I come from an insurance background having 3.5 YOE and looking to switch my profile. Would I stand a good chance for job if I do CAPM course from Project Management Institute/Coursera? Am I eligible? Need your guidance.

A Deloitte recruiter told me that I will be getting 9.1 LPA + 10% variable + 80K joining bonus from Deloitte USI. Considering the fact that I am working in IBM India with a technically sound team and that I got promoted a few weeks back only, will it be a good decision to join Deloitte and leave IBM?

9.1 LPA is basically a 30% hike over my existing CTC and I am not sure if Deloitte actually gives a joining bonus and variable component.
