For example: paying someone a base of 80k in Georgia vs paying someone 80k in California

or do they make exceptions when it comes to base salary on location?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? In process of interviewing for a “Senior consultant role” location TN recruiter is asking for salary but won’t tell me what range is. Can someone provide me a ballpark figure working in cloud.
