Base pay is a bit high for Austin, but bonus and equity are in the ballpark. Hope it works out; this is a great office

like

That’s what I thought too but wanted to quote on the higher side since I’ve heard google generally tries to low ball.

like

$225k in equity!? How many YOE? What’s the vesting schedule?

like

Not really sure about vesting schedule since this is my expectation not an offer from google. I have a MS and 10 YOE so this shouldn’t be that aggressive.

like

For L4 I doubt you get this in Austin

like

Agree with G2’s base range for Austin. Equity is much more negotiable

What is the role

Could you describe the role OP?

$225k equity seems a bit high for Austin L4 non-tech. Update us with the final offer!

Hey MC - what was the final offer? I am in the same boat and would really appreciate some data points

Hey yes, I received it last night!
