Laid off last year from a senior copywriter role and not getting any bites. I’m in a tough market, but I’m also struggling hard with my book. Design is just not my forte and I don’t want that to overshadow the work. Anybody willing to take a look?

Looking for salary range for full time audio visual in hotel settings in central Florida area, I started a position with a hotel recently and workload is much higher than they made it out to be and I am doing all labor and administrative on my own. Looking to renegotiate my terms.

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.
