It's hard to tell if these are the actual cohort salary points or just what the posters are making. If you are already above your cohort you just stay at same salary and no raise. PwC15 for example is probably paid above the cohort point for M3 in his city (non advanced degree grid). Also keep in mind advanced degree grid is only for campus hires. Experienced hires are not on the advanced degree grid even if they have an MBA.

SA3, NY Region, MBA, 5k raise to 140k, 8.1k bonus, tier 2, TICE

I really like what I do, but having trouble understanding the level of compensation and the time requirements for promotions in our industry.
I keep seeing my friends that chose liberal arts taking on roles of management and landing anywhere between 50-75% higher than where I am.

I’m a US citizen living and working in the UK. An advice on investing without an onerous tax burden in either or both countries? I have a pension in the UK, but that’s all. I’m only a few years out of school and new to investing/having a decent salary. Maybe just a good article or book recommendation if it’s too complicated to explain here (as I fear it might be given what I’ve seen so far).

I work for a global, top tier tech/consulting company. Have been there 5 years. I have my MBA. I moved from client delivery into HR role last year. I just received a zero increase to my salary. I am a high performer. I was expecting 2-3% merit . Salary is 93k. Need an honest outside perspective of what to do. I feel as though my loyalty & high performance count for nothing. Insight welcomed.
