*Long rant alert* ok so I started working at this comp Jan 22. I don’t come from a pharma/IT/Consulting background. I’m completely new to everything and I’ve said this in my interviews. Somehow still got hired and was grateful for the opportunity and ready to learn. However resources provide were like those basic vague YouTube tutorials that didn’t actually help with learning how to deliver a project. The comp is fully remote so it was difficult to be trained properly by anyone
