How long do big 4 consulting pay sick pay for before they put you on SSP? I’ve been off sick in 2020 with covid for 2 weeks and was given full pay for those weeks. Anyone been off sick for months, whilst on full pay?

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?

Anyone who has started up a side hustle whilst working in consulting - is it generally a good idea to let your employer know or will they make your life difficult/try to push you out if they know?
