Looking for advice. I’m an Analyst and really interested in exploring the LSHC sector more in particular R&D and Value Based Care. I’m currently staffed at a LS client but am given no opportunities to learn specifics to that industry & most of my learning is through PRD or online courses. I’m interested in gaining hands on experience;& have talked to my leads but they really haven’t been too helpful and want me to “concentrate on my role” (Testing, I have good feedback). I am new to Canada and have about 6 years experience in each field. What would be salary ranges offered? Other services companies in market are offering in 105 -120 range.
Also what can i expect in project interview and manager interview? Will it be highly technical? I cracked round #1 technical interview, it was easier than expected

Is anyone hiring for Operations Analyst, Sales Analyst or other similar entry level Analyst positions currently ? Remote would be awesome but I’d be happy with hybrid or non remote roles in the DMV area.

Currently SM at Bain (4 years post MBA) and was approached for a senior associate role in portfolio ops at a large PE fund. Been told 2.5 years to VP and another 2.5 years to director. Feels like the role is a bit junior but offers a 50% pay jump.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?
