Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

2 weeks. You don’t own the MD jack and if the roles were reversed she’d probably screw you.
Look out for you and your career. That’s all that matters.
10/10 advice, I second this
2 weeks.
You can be grateful for the experience but it’s then time to move on. The truth is - nobody will remember or care about the extra effort you put in - it gives you nothing.
Notice and bounce - everybody (including organizations) look for their best interest. Be communicative and helpful to find a replacement of course
Don’t burn a bridge if you can help it. Accenture has probably been good to you at some point, this could be a time to return the favor. Think about the person who would be taking over your role.
Give your MD a heads up at the end of this month, should be plenty of lead time.
I would give 2 weeks notice - but tell them your last day is March 15. That way, if they ask you to extend, you can be nice and do it if you’re willing to ease the person transitioning your work in, and leave like you planned at the end of the month. If they don’t ask, you’ll get a break in between.
2 weeks in enough time to find someone and train them to take on your role. Really, everyone is replaceable, that's how consulting works
Folks suggesting 2 weeks... genuine question.. what’s the harm in giving more than 2 weeks? My team sometimes has shared with me when they started looking or most of the times have shared more than two weeks out. Curious to get the perspective.
