From my perspective, culture is very strong. For example, I accidentally put 0s instead of 3s into our project health tracker (meant to monitor WLB, stress, etc.) and I got a call from the head partner on the project ~30 min after results went out checking in to make sure everything was okay and to see if there was anything he could do to make things better. Good amount of events (pre-covid) as well and we typically were only ~30% travel.
Opportunities within the first are also pretty good. Growing very quickly (+15% YoY revenue growth) so plenty of room for advancement. Work is primarily focused on pricing / growth strategy (but across all industries - tech to old school industrials) so I'd make sure you're interested in this type of work if it's not what you currently do.
Culture is pretty chill, projects are mostly pricing (assume you join Americas division in ATL, you get to work on some interesting industries), comp is so so depending on which level you get hired in.
