GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

I’ve got my 7, 66, CFP, and CIMA with roughly 3.5 years industry experience. I started a new role at the paraplanner level… is this a bit of an undersell? Or is that along the industry timeline?

Completed all the interviews and had positive feedback but before the offer I spoke with the recruiter (third party) and asked them if I can get to a certain compensation number as I might have couple other offers around that number but they got back saying the firm has decided to move on as they cannot match it. What can I do now? Still interested in the role.

Has anyone had success transferring Chase Ultimate Reward points to a friend? I see that only “household” transfers are allowed but don’t know if there’s leeway with the term. I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager.
