My gorgeous baby Merlin

When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

What age and how well does your baby sleep, and what part of Houston? If you want ambiance, only take a sleeping baby. If by using the Rocket or something that will continually rock/ vibrate so they stay asleep, better. Unless you are at a family restaurant, which rarely have ambiance, other patrons aren't going to think a crying baby adds to their dinner.
So, if you haven't already, test drive some low key spots or off times if your baby does late naps.
Baby is around 3 months . We have already tried small coffee shops and Baby did well
My son was about 6 months old when some work colleagues (I worked with the wife, her husband was a vendor) wanted to meet the family. They don't have children, but suggested the place. We ended up going to Istanbul on Morningside.
Mid-meal, they got very worried when the baby's face got very red. They were very concerned he couldn't breathe. "Nope, just pooping". I think that, by having dogs but not children, they kind of expected a signal that the baby needed to go outside, though he was content to fill the diaper from the high chair.
That was a while ago. The baby is now a college graduate who gets kind of embarrassed to go back.
Don't be those parents who let a baby ruin the experience for the other tables, but if you allow the baby to be the focus during the meal and are prepared to step outside immediately if a disturbance is about to occur, lots of restaurants can be kid-friendly.
"Good ambiance" generally is mutually exclusive with a 1-year old unless they manage to sleep the whole time. Just go to a family-centric loud restaurant where another screaming baby isn't out of place.
We went to B&B's when my baby was around 3 months old. We took the bassinet stroller and had plenty of milk. We also went super early. It worked out very well; we were able to enjoy our dinner. We did have a plan in case baby started crying though (one would take baby outside while the other ate).
What part of town you live?
Lots of places in the heights and garden oaks. Spots like Postino, local foods, Loro, were spots we brought our infant and he’d post up in his stroller while we ate. Check out Agnes over by you too on that side. Once old enough and can sit up get a table lobster - you won’t regret it.
We go out frequently with our 3 months old. Two to three times a week. From La Jardenier to a burger joint. We dine as normal. The key is getting a table that works for you ( we do outside or corner or booth table). We let our baby enjoy the ambience, see people, walk around. Keep the baby comfortable. Most people love happy babies!
