Looking for salary recco given my weird exp. 3 yrs @ an ad agency as a PA (worked on smaller shoots and web-based stuff) Then, spent last 2 years at an events company producer. Currently making 57k.

Spoke to a recruiter recently and she told me Accenture annual bonus is fixed to 1.5 times your base salary (pm) for every employee. Wondering what motivates Accenture folks to work after office hours.

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I am going to counter but curious what anyone thinks I should ask for. I was thinking 8%.
