Looking for some insight to this situation:

I have "final round" interviews next week for an internal HR role at a consulting firm. First interview was behavioral, second was technical. Both went well. For this round, I'm meeting with the head of talent and head of HR for 30 min each.

I'm wondering what types of questions I should anticipate. Any insight appreciated!

I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. Do you continue to see in-flight interview processes through once you’ve received and accepted an offer? It feels premature to cut the chord on the others, but also the decision between the companies becomes harder. Also afraid of the possibility to go back on the acceptance of the one role in favor of another.

Turned down a job offer with a basic explanation of it wasn’t the best fit for my career at this time and they want more details. Had a generally bad experience and the offer was weak. How to close this process and move on?
