1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). I already have 1099 from similar company this year and am leaning towards 1099, but I don’t want to be difficult. I do take home office deduction and they are not supplying any equipment. Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I'm a senior AD and all the resources out there are for juniors. I'm not sure what I need - I feel pretty confident in most areas - so maybe all I need is time to practice and get better. But is there something you did/wish you'd done to improve your abilities, develop your career path, or open your mind?
