Do referrals help if you already got an interview call?

Base is 60k OTE 85k, but 120% commission cap. I support 10 AEs whose base is 55k. I have 13 years experience in my field, including 5 working in the position of my now prospects. Closed dozens of deals at trade shows, created/presented virtual and in-person seminars, create onboarding and scripts for the reps I support as a SE and am required to be on majority of demos across all time zones. I know I’m getting screwed, but how bad?

My company I work at does a lot of different things. My job is to look over the guys. We do computer repair, network builds, fiber installs, cable pulling, camera systems, voip phones, Server support and install, also have a ISP. We build networks from the ground up and do our own onsite support and manage the software. If it is anything IT we do it. We manage 12 schools. Around 60 business. We do the whole County and City IT where I live. What is the average salary for something like this?
