Looking into M Consulting & am trying to figure out the best firm/ role that fits my interests. I want to solve a wide array of business problems through a wide array of creative solutions. (Ex: VR Headset company client wants more adoption. I recommend offering headsets on a subscription model + design a mock partnership w/ a developer that would increase game quality). I also don't want to be @ a firm that only works in select industries. Any recommendations?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.

Split on the value of MBA. I am a Big4 Consulting Manager, (5 YOE, 2 of those at Manager level). I’ve progressed fast without MBA to this point, and MBA hires come in to my firm as Seniors which is below my level (appreciate they get paid more). I want to transition to industry. Is there value in me doing a MBA? I have no debt, so would be nervous taking on so much in student loans but I am trying to play the long game here. Have you seen experienced consulting managers do MBAs? Am I too late?!
