Looking to exit to MBB/tier 2 consulting. Do they/you take analysts 1-1.5 years out of undergrad? Will I have to start over or will I be considered an “experienced” BA/Associate?

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

I recently interviewed with DTIC and completed all the rounds and kind of felt it was done linently and kind of confused now if it is good to join? I am from Kolkata and have to relocate to Bangalore for it.
I also have an offer of EY but want to consider DTIC as it is a Product based company but am quite concerned about the future in it. Please help understanding if it will be a good decision if I join DTIC?

Hey all, I want to know how everyone got into game design! Either just the interest or the industry/ your current position, how did you all get to where you are?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. The manager said I had to leave the job in 2 days and the company can only play 2 weeks of work. Is it normal how they do that?
