Looking to leave the law firm I currently work for as a graphic designer ASAP. I figure a lateral move to another firm that would be open to remote work would be an easy transition. Anyone know of any firms that are adapting to more remote work?

Yes, mainly because of the ease of transition and the relevant experience. I'm looking for a quick and easy transition.

Why?

Did you also misread this as an attorney leaving law to become a graphic designer?

I cringe when I'm at a friend's house and they answer their phone, find out it's a telemarketer, and just hang up on them. It's so rude. They know I have to cold-call people at my job and you'd think they would at least act like they were more respectful of the job.

Do you all see a compelling future in your tax career? I’ll go first, I don’t see a compelling future working for a large PA firm in the long run because you have to work more as you move up. However, I do see a compelling future by using my knowledge and skills to open my own firm/business and work less hours as long as I make enough money which is $75k, or if I do work long hours, it’s because I want to.
