What is the average time you take to make a decision after receiving a formal job offer letter? The day of, 2-3 days, a week? Told my recruiter to give me 1-2 days to just think it through with my family and she comes back saying she doesn’t know what to tell the hiring managers and says that she will assume that I am interviewing at other places.
