Looking to open a Marriott credit card to get the 15 elite nights to renew status. Currently deciding between the Bold ($0 annual, 75k pts welcome bonus) and the Boundless ($95 annual, 100k pts welcome, annual free night). Likely won’t put any material spend on the card beyond first 3 months. Which should I choose?

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. Think about this for a minute... why would you sell a book? Because you didn't want it anymore or it was beyond its useful life, kinda like an old car... it's old, rusty and needs more maintainence than it provides useful transportation, it's in the repair shop more often... everytime it goes in you find something else wrong with it?
