A young associate has shared being sexually assaulted on her date and she is in a very rough shape.

My relationship with her is not professional. She just shared this over DM with me.

She is based out of NYC, are there good therapists that folks can recommend.

I really appreciate any assistance here.

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’ve been in a near constant depressive/anxious state for family reasons for the last year and half, and am soon having my first kid. I’m scared shitless that I’ll spiral out of control both at work and at home if something doesn’t change soon. Any suggestions on how to keep this job and keep it together?

Has anybody else experienced (what seems like) irreversible physical damage from working long hours? I worked about a month of 19 hour days 2 years ago (this was the peak of the season where I worked at least 12 hours a day) and my facial skin hasn't really recovered and the experience really aged me.

Any tips to sleep better? Had problems falling asleep since I was a kid and started talking Adderall. Have tried both Ambien and lunesta and they work for a while but eventually your body adapts and..

So my GF went to the gynecologist yesterday and they told her she was infertile, there go my chances of having one more baby. I also don't want to leave her because of that I believe that would be a dick move of me. What should I do?

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. Should I rejoin Equinox? Background: I cancelled my equinox membership because I wanted to try out different gyms. After about a month and a half, I’ve determined I really miss Equinox.
