Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

Can I just say that someone making $55k shouldn't be called "Account Executive". They might be an Account Manager" maybe even a Jr. Acct Mgr ...but certainly not an Executive. Titles in the industry are so overblown 😤💨🍼
@OP you marry rich lol
AAE - $35k (10 months), AE - $45k (2 years), AS - $60k, counteroffer after 6 mo got me to $75k, left a year later for $85k, MS - $100k (1 year), AD current - started at $125k now at $175k (2.5 years)
AC 35k -> AAE 43k -> AE 55k
AE 55k? How do you ppl live
@AD Did you get one raise that took you from 125>175?!? Also, at AD level, do you get any sort of commission or bonus if you bring in new projects/accounts?
Mine is AAE 30 > AE 40 > AE 45 > AS 60 > AS 80. Currently looking at MS or AD roles between 100-120, live in NYC, been in the biz for 7 years
AE 35 (less than one year) > AE 47 (one year, new company, lateral move) > SAE 58 (one year) > Product Marketing Manager 73 (one year, brief career change) > AS current 87, started at 81 (2 years)... all in Seattle
@Strategist 1 lol an executive in our agency is one step below a senior executive, two steps below a manager... #justsayin! Titles are all different

@AS, no i had two raises at one company and then took a new job that got me a bigger bump. and yes i get bonuses now at the AD level but not huge ones. 5-10% and some places base it on the health of your accounts, but that's usually at the GAD level. the new job is essentially at the brink of an AD/GAD position so it's much higher because of that. :)
