Bain & Company I’m from Italy and will start my master’s degree at Oxbridge this fall. I got my undergrad from a target uni in continental Europe. I want to start my career in consulting, possibly MBB, in London. I know consulting firms tend to hire locally but I’d really like to work in London and that’s also one of the main reasons why I went for the Oxbridge degree. We do not have formal sales or revenue targets. We spend a disproportionate amount of time in reviews understanding partner contributions, however, and if your peers don’t value yours then that’s a problem. We know who the great client developers are, who is leading huge transformations, and who is a world expert in their field. That matters more than a number.
