Capitalone Does anyone have experience going through the Capital One interview process and getting positive feedback, but then being told they would like to place you on another team? The role was filled internally and Iâm just wondering how long it usually takes when getting placed elsewhere within the company. Thanks! Capital One
Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this đđ .Deloitte

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

This is a pointless question because itâs not a random probability, itâs a function of how good your are. The âpass rateâ could be 10% of interviewees, but you could very well have a 75% chance because youâre a baller. Similarly, there might be 0 chance you make it through because you suck.
If anything, know the rate of people moving on is only going to either discourage you or give you a false sense of confidence, both of which distract you from the fact that itâs up to how good you are that determines if youâll pass on.
In a day with 8 people, Iâve passed anywhere from 1-4
McK doesnât look at recruiting like this - youâre not scored against others but against the McK recruiting framework - hit the boxes, consistently, and youâll move on
Even if Iâd knew and could precisely tell you 50% - now what?

On average (across the world, across consulting positions, across years) itâs around 30% from first round to second round.
As said above though, there are a lot of variables and how is knowing going to change how you go into the interview?

Following.
Really hard to generalise, depends a lot on seniority/geography...

Usually 20-40% each round but obviously depends on performance of candidates
