Met w a Deloitte partner for interview last Thursday and haven’t heard anything from the recruiter since then. Any idea what gives / should I expect a rejection?

Waiting to hear from Novartis on a job I interviewed for 2 weeks ago. They emailed me a Conflict of Interest Form to sign last week, which got me thinking an offer was coming but I'm still waiting. Thoughts on whether this form means anything? I daydream about quitting my current toxic job :/

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I had a very positive experience interviewing with Amazon for an L5 Technical Writer role. I originally applied for a lower level writing role, ending up acing my Loop, and was passed on to speak to the hiring manager for the L5 role.

Given the positive tone of our conversation, I expect to receive an offer this week.

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?
