Miami renters, heads up! Just moved out of my apartment at 50 Biscayne, left it spotless, and the landlord is trying to deduct a $2000 'cleaning fee' from my security deposit. Feels like a total scam. I've got video evidence of the clean apartment and I'm ready to fight this.
