My last working day in TCS is 4th of March, I have rejected the retention offer. My current CTC is 13.31 LPA in TCS YOE: 11.5. Retention offer was 18LPA. Two questions on job apps:
1. Do you include the duration of your projects that you're including in your application? I have several years of experience but am highlighting only the most relevant ones. But they are projects from a year or two ago.
2. Does anybody have advice in quantifying impact in the projects they've worked on for both resumes and interviews? I can put together high-level numbers (estimated X% in cost reduction, etc.) but none of these are obviously proven out.
