Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.

Could anyone kindly tell me about the Investment Management and Private Equity Audit Group at Deloitte? 1. Work Life Balance (Is it worst than the ordinary Big 4 WLB?) 2. Is it an entirely different audit from commercial/retail audits (think account balances etc.) 3. Difficult to learn how to audit clients in this industry without prior experience in the industry?(been doing commercial audits for 3 years) 4. Are there relatively good exit opportunities for this audit group? Deloitte PwC EY
My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

I recommend demonstrating confidence and strength by clearly documenting and communicating your learning process. Always keep notes on what happened, how you resolved the issue, how long it took, and the steps you’ll take to prevent it from happening again. People appreciate transparency when I say something like: “Here’s what went off course, here’s how I addressed it, and here’s what I’m putting in place to ensure it doesn’t recur.”

Agree that transparency and showing steps you took to grow and learn from it are key and hopefully by documenting that learning process and also your decision making it can show how you're pushing the envelope rather than just playing it safe
I know it seems silly, but I think mistakes affect you as much as you let them. I have some colleagues who I would assume would be humiliated by errors they've made and lapses in judgments they've had. But they just brush it off and keep trucking. Why would I hold it against them if they don't? It's really inspired me to be a lot more confident and willing to forgive my own mistakes.

That's true and as long as there's justifiable reasoning behind the decisions you're making it shouldn't really affect your progress especially if it doesn't really affect the business in a huge way.
This reminds me of when I took AP classes in high school. I averaged a C, maybe got to a B once in a while. I could have stayed in the regular classes and probably easily maintained an A. However, I did take a lot away from those AP classes, even if my report card said otherwise.

Good analogy and building on that, because of those grades, did affect how you had to apply for college then? Do you think you could've made it into a different set of schools if you had played it more safe and maintained those As vs Cs?
