Hello — Looking to crowdsource some pros & cons from this knowledgeable group. I have two opportunities. 1: FAANG in Product and 2: Big Pharma. Compensation is more or less equivalent (~300-350k range with Pharma heavy on cash, FAANG heavy on RSUs). About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.

I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!
