I told my boss about my ADHD in confidence because I was looking for a small accommodation (working from home x2 a week). I got it, but now I lowkey feel like she told other people in the office. Maybe it's because I'm in tax, but I've never dealt with these unreasonable Partners people speak of. I've never been told I can't go on vacation, or I've never been yelled at for not being in the office long enough. I've also never been iced out because of one mistake here or there.

During my first year, I struggled, and the partners I worked with went out of their way to take their time with me to help me learn, as did some of the senior-level Associates.
