Got few questions regarding LTI and business analyst role. 1:Does anyone have any idea how many rounds are normally conducted for LTI business analyst interview. 2.How how many days they take normally to release offer. 3. How much should i expect /ask for 4.8 yoe for business analyst role.

Any advice to prep & do well on case interviews while dealing with low confidence, depression, etc.? Feeling like I’m just going to mess up my opportunities.

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. 732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Hi! The role I interviewed for has been deprioritised. Has anyone else experienced this? This was announced 2days before the hiring freeze.. should I assume the job will be cancelled? Or in your opinion, are roles likely to be open again? This is a non tech role as a Research & Insights lead for Google Apps.

Recruiter hasn’t been very responsive.

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
