Please reach out to me, I would look forward to connecting and learning more about potential opportunities. Thanks!EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

Should respond with “plz send times thx”
Then ignore it
Eh idk. I'd take a different approach.
Folks are busy in consulting. It's an unfortunate reality. If this person didn't explicitly disrespect you, and you have the time, night as well get the free lunch.
You never know who could be your next boss. In a few years you might need a referral from this person.
Not saying you should vouch for them to win the work - you can say whatever you want to this manager and then turn around and say the opposite to your decision maker. But if you play the game (keep up friendly appearances), you might end up the winner in the long run
This could inversely be said OPs b4 practice lead. Loss for them
OP, this is the dream. Grabbing lunch may be against your company policy - if you change your mind, check with your boss. Just be noncommittal and enjoy the groveling! During the RFP process, ensure you are front and center and ensure you ask questions which are clearly pointed at his shortcomings…”and how often will the partner be onsite and providing direction? How often will you be providing updates…”
Thank you, BA1…I wasn’t trying to be petty, but I guess the shoe fits!
Have lunch and For just this purpose got shoving it you should award to a competitor after. Then send a text.

Could be to apologize?
The actual power move is brushing him off on your EA who then ignores his email. Not like I’ve done this several times or anything…
Should've said "find time on my calendar" then never accept the invite
