My current manager is a very controlling and has perpurated a v tense culture within the team. The boss recognises that the team is stressed, but blames the team for having such an attitude. The person is a micro manager dictates things like when work pings should happen, but at the root of it all, the team is over competitive & unhappy because of the leadership. Everyone's scared to write anything in PMR or perf for the fear of being identified. I'm new to to the team, but not to Google. Help!
