My current salary is 20+3(fixed+variable). Accenture Strategy ACN is offering me 25.xx(fixed)+27%(standard on-paper variable) for Consultant role. This is ~25% hike on my fixed
My notice period<1 month, so I will be joining early.
Are they low-balling me - Shouldn't I expect a min. 30-40% hike?
I tried negotiating with HR and she says, " This is the best we can offer and she will get back"
Did someone face a similar situation? do they come back with a revised offer. I am expecting atleast 28.
