Got offer 2.5 months ago from AFS and haven’t got joining date from HR till date. For testing/automation associate manager role. How long it takes in general ?

Thing is I want to get retained by Wipro, can Wipro retain me with 13 or 14 lpa ??

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?

Gift giving help: every year around this time my husband brings up his Jan bday and basically demands I spend a lot of $ on him. I find this stressful. When I say this he immediately launches into “haven’t I done this for you, bought that for you”. “If you loved me you would”. His entitlement and manipulation make me feel super resentful and removes the fun of celebrating him. FWIW we earn the same. What to do?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k.
