My friend had taken a role in Infosys and now he wants to go back to his previous company as the current company is not providing preferred job location. He has an infant to take care of; he moved to the preferred location just 6 months back. Now HR of the previous company wants to know why he wants to get back in the previous company. What reason should he give to the HR so that his life does not become hell if he joins back the previous company; they are hiring him on old salary without hike.

I genuinely think I’m on the brink of quitting. Nope, I have no exit plan, no job searches started, not even an updated resume. But I do have three 4:00 AM-ers in the last 8 days, partners telling me to *increase* my hours, and anxiety that’s so high I can barely eat or sleep. My body is physically breaking down from a year of high stress and I’ve been on the brink of a panic attack for the last four days. I don’t want to do anything stupid, but I don’t know how much longer I can last. Thoughts?

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.
