Sweaty post-workout question. If I finish a bike or run in the heat I am usually just pouring sweat for the next 15 or so mins. So I've gotten into the habit of just putting a towel or yoga mat down on the floor and laying/stretching until I am not going to throw sweat everywhere or step in to the shower and step out still sweating. Is there a better version of this maybe for recovery or even just not wasting time waiting?

I consider myself lucky because work benefits covered most of this. I’m contemplating should I bother trying again or just come to terms that this might not happen for me? Wil the second round cost as much at the first round?
